Man denies lewd sex act in Wigan charge

A man accused of outraging public decency will stand trial next month.

Craig Dean, 31, of no fixed address, is charged with behaving in an indecent manner by performing a sex act in Wigan on or around June 17. He pleaded not guilty and was remanded in custody until a trial at Wigan and Leigh Magistrates’ Court on August 3.
