A trial date has been set for a Wigan man who denies careless driving.
Keith Breeze, 47, of Church Lane in Lowton, stood before Bolton magistrates to plead not guilty to driving a Ford ST without due care and attention on the road where he lives on October 21 2021.
A trial will now take place at Wigan and Leigh Magistrates' Court on October 23 this year.
