The Coffee House to join Spinning Gate Shopping Centre, Leigh

The Coffee House has a total of 22 coffee shops spread across the North West region. They take pride in providing a warm and comfortable atmosphere to their customers. They offer a variety of seating options and ambient lighting, which, when combined with their signature bespoke wall art, becomes a talking point among their customers. The coffee shop's interior design is handled by an in-house team that takes inspiration from the local area, and this design is replicated across their other stores in Northwich, Warrington, Winsford, Bolton, and Stockport, among others.

In 2011, two brothers Chris & Stephen had a mission to change the way people eat, drink & relax. Their first store opened in Lymm, Cheshire and quickly served the local community with a wide range of speciality coffee, chilled drinks, homemade cakes and food.

The Coffee House is joining the centre in unit 3, a 1,380sq ft unit which will compliment the existing two food and beverage units and enhance the centre’s occupancy level to 95%. In addition to the seating within the coffee shop, the mall area in front of the store will provide an extra seating area for customers.

The Coffee House boasts an extensive menu, with a variety of speciality teas and coffees, as well as breakfast options, lunch choices and speciality salads. The menu also features a range of free-from options, over 30 drink choices, including their signature iced coffee and a selection of homemade cakes for those with a sweet tooth!

The Coffee House's food, bread, teacakes and cakes are produced in their central production facility in Warrington, with daily deliveries to each store. The Roastery, also located in their head office, creates their unique house blend that is served in all 22 coffee shops.

The new coffee shop is about to open in a few weeks after undergoing a makeover. The Coffee House will be open from Monday to Saturday, from 9 am to 5.30 pm, and on Sundays from 10 am to 4 pm. They are currently hiring staff to train in-house before the opening day, which will create 10 new job opportunities.
