Rewind: archive pictures from Wigan's former Coops sewing factory

It remains an imposing building on the Wigan skyline but more than 25 years have elapsed since the Coops sewing factory on Dorning Street closed its doors for the final time.

But this trove of pictures shows staff at work and going on trips during those industrial decades and also activities that have taken there since, including its adjoining foyer.
