Driver accused of 120mph dash along M6 with children in back without seatbelts on
Motorway police have confirmed that the 22-year-old, who had youngsters aged 12, nine and seven as passengers, was first spotted near Warrington on Saturday night.
A patrol driver pulled over the motorist at junction 24 near Ashton and discovered the youngsters in the back of the car.

Hide AdA North West Motorway Police spokesman said the driver had been summonsed to appear at court.
Motorway police also said that a female motorist was pulled over on the M62, near Warrington, around the same time and gave a roadside breath test of 114mg per 100ml of alcohol. The legal limit is 35mg.
Police took her children to a relative’s home while she was arrested for driving with excess alcohol.
Traffic police in Greater Manchester say this came during a weekend during which a total of 29 suspected drink-drivers and four alleged drug-drivers were pulled over countywide.
