Wigan man, 39, accused of assault to go on trial
A Wigan man will go on trial after being accused of assault.
Joe Martin Woodcock denied one count of assault by beating in a short hearing at Wigan and Leigh Magistrates’ Court.
The 39-year-old of Billinge Road, Wigan, will next appear at the same courthouse on June 7.
