Wigan man fined by court over threatening behaviour
A man has admitted using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause fear of violence.
Lee Dutch, 25, of Sherwood Crescent, Worsley Hall, was fined £92 for the offence, which took place on May 10, when he appeared at Wigan and Leigh Magistrates’ Court.
He must also pay £85 prosecution costs and £30 victim surcharge.
