Fenn is accused of having a video on how to build a suicide vest and publishing a tape of the late al-Qaeda leader Osama bin Laden.

He is due to appear in court on July 15 for a pre-trial preparation hearing. A provisional trial date of September 28 has been set and in the meantime Fenn is remanded in custody.
