Man denies leaving parcels of faeces outside OAPs' homes
David Ode appeared at Wigan and Leigh Magistrates Court yesterday, Wednesday, and pleaded not guilty to two counts of harassment.
Ode, 63, of Hodges Street, Wigan, denied leaving bags, which were described as containing either human or dog excrement, outside the houses of a 82-year-old woman and another 74-year-old victim.
He also denied sending several letters to on of the women.

Hide AdThe court heard both women were caused distress after finding plastic bags filled with excrement shaped like cakes on their doorstep between July 1 and 2 and July 10 and 22.
The case was adjourned for trial on January 20 and Ode was released on conditional bail.
